Any Refund Policy on Payment of Services?

The Bill for the services rendered is given to client after the duration of service has occurred. For example, for the bookkeeping and accounting services for the month of October 2016 is billed on the 1st of November 2016.
With such, there is already completion of service upon billing.

But refund of payment by clients will be facilitated when the ff. conditions exist:

1. Agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on services are not met by the Contractor for the specific milestone
2. If Contractor cannot finish the project within deadline set, the Client can request for refund on the current milestone and terminate the Contract.
